Orders are generally shipped within 1 business days of orders being placed.

UK standard orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class/Tracked 48 (depending on size) and usually arrive in 2-3 business days. UK express orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class/Tracked 24 (depending on size) and usually arrive in 1-2 day. Next day delivery and order pick up are also available.

International orders to the US are tracked and take around 1 week. This is due to a number of factors including adverse weather and Customs clearance.

Yes, of course. We operate a 30-day return policy from receipt of the order in accordance with distance selling regulations. All we ask is that the items are returned in an unopened and unused state in their original packaging. Returned items not in their original condition or with parts missing are not eligible for a refund.

For 99% of our products, no! We're continuously replenishing stocks of our products and if you'd like to know more specifically when something will be back in, please get in touch with us (see the Contact Us page).

We are now offering order pick up for those customers local to our premises in Weybridge, Surrey who would prefer this option. Please select at checkout.

Orders received for pick up by 11am are generally ready for collection from around lunchtime that day, Monday to Friday. We do not process orders on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please do not attempt to pick up your order until you have received notification from us that it is ready for collection and have this email handy when you come to collect.

Full collection details will be provided when your order is ready. Collection times are 8:30am-6pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm on Saturdays.

Unfortunately, at this time we don't sell helium canisters for inflating balloons. However, these are now widely available elsewhere including major websites and larger supermarkets.

No, we're unable to supply balloons pre-inflated with air or helium for shipment or collection.
