UK DOMESTIC ORDERS WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF £40 OR MORE (AFTER APPLYING ANY AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS) WILL BE SHIPPED BY STANDARD DELIVERY FREE OF CHARGE.

*DESPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. If you place an order on a Bank Holiday, it will be shipped on the next working day.

Expected delivery times are given as a guide only and unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed. If you need something urgently and are in the UK, we advise you select the Special Delivery option.

Please note that the international order delivery times given are the service providers’ aim and are not guaranteed. International order delivery times are subject to weather conditions and Customs clearance, delays from which we cannot be responsible for. We would strongly advise that orders are placed at least 3-4 weeks before your event to avoid disappointment. Orders sent via the International Standard service are NOT tracked. Please consider this when placing your order as whilst this is a reliable service, we cannot cover the cost of lost orders sent with this service.

Prices for international orders shown are for those weighing up to 1kg. We will contact you regarding additional shipping charges if necessary.

We may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery for UK orders for an additional charge. Please contact us if you require this service.

On occasion, it may be possible for us to process orders received after 12 noon for same day shipping, but this can’t be guaranteed.


SPECIAL DELIVERY

This service is provided by Royal Mail can be selected at checkout. Orders received with this option on Mondays to Thursday before 12 noon will arrive by 1pm the next working day and require a signature.

Orders will this option placed before 12 noon on Fridays will arrive before 1pm the following Monday.

We may be able to arrange Special Delivery orders placed before 12 noon on Fridays to arrive on Saturdays by 1pm for an additional charge. Please contact us if you require this service.

If you have a query about an order that you haven’t yet received, please contact us through the live chat function, by completing the details on the contact form or emailing hello@joliefete.co.uk and we will do our best to track your order down. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delayed items.


RETURNS

Our ultimate goal is that you’ll be delighted with the items you’ve ordered. However, if there is a problem or you need to return anything, we operate a 30-day return policy from receipt of the order in accordance with distance selling regulations. All we ask is that the items are returned in an unopened and unused state in their original packaging. Returned items not in their original condition or with parts missing are not eligible for a refund.

We may ask for photographic evidence of items to help us process your claim. We will only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if an incorrect item has been sent in error.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 28 days of receiving the returned items. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot cover your cost of returning unwanted items.

We will then provide you with the return details. For items of value being returned, we advise that you use a trackable mail or courier service as we cannot be responsible for lost items. When returning smaller items, please request a free proof of postage certificate from the post office.
