UK SHIPPING (GUARANTEED NEXT DAY SHIPPING AVAILABLE)

ORDERS WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF £30 OR MORE (AFTER APPLYING ANY AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS) WILL BE SHIPPED BY STANDARD DELIVERY FREE OF CHARGE.

The following shipping options are available:

STANDARD DELIVERY - Royal Mail Parcel-sized orders sent via Tracked 48 £3.50. Royal Mail Large Letter-sized orders from £1.95 (2nd class)

Orders are expected to arrive within 3-4 working days*

EXPRESS DELIVERY - Royal Mail Parcel-sized orders sent via Tracked 24 £4.95. Royal Mail Large Letter-sized orders from £2.95 (1st class)

Orders are expected to arrive within 2 working days*

GUARANTEED NEXT DAY BY 1PM DELIVERY - From £8.95 depending on number / weight of items being purchased. Please see shipping calculation at checkout. Note: Orders must be placed by 10am Monday to Friday to arrive next day by 1pm Tuesday to Saturday (we don't ship at the weekends). A signature is required for this service.

It's possible to select tracked shipping for large letter-sized items at checkout.

*DESPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. If you place an order on a Bank Holiday, it will be shipped within 1 business day.

Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 should arrive in 2 days and orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 should arrive next day.

Expected delivery times are given as a guide only and unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed. If you need something urgently, please contact us and we can arrange to send your order via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which virtually always arrives next day. Please note that during the peak season of the run up to Christmas (from mid November), Royal Mail's service slows and in some cases orders will take a few days longer than expected to arrive.

It may be possible for us to process orders for same day shipping, but this can’t be guaranteed. Please contact us before placing your order if this is something you require.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are now shipping to the USA! Packages up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service and rates are from $8.95 depending on the size, quantity and weight of what is being ordered. Please see the delivery cost given at checkout. For orders over 2kg, we will be in touch about additional shipping costs as these need to be sent via FedEx/UPS. Express international shipping is also available for the USA with FedEx/UPS (generally 1-2 business days). Please get in touch with us for a quote and we can invoice this separately. All customs, duties, fees and/or taxes due upon receipt are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take international orders from any other country on our website. However, our full range of products are available at our Etsy shop where international purchases can be made and you can be assured of the same high level of customer service. If you have a query about an order that you haven’t yet received, please contact us through the live chat function, by completing the details on the contact form or emailing hello@joliefete.co.uk and we will do our best to track your order down. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delayed items.


RETURNS

Our ultimate goal is that you’ll be delighted with the items you’ve ordered. However, if there is a problem or you need to return anything, we operate a 30-day return policy from receipt of the order in accordance with distance selling regulations. It may be that items received back after this time will be credited with a gift card to the value of the items being returned. We please ask that the items are returned in an unopened and unused state in their original packaging. Returned items not in their original condition or with parts missing are not eligible for a refund.

We may ask for photographic evidence of items to help us process your claim. We will only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if an incorrect item has been sent in error.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 28 days of receiving the returned items. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot cover your cost of returning unwanted items.

Customer Address

Contact telephone number/email address

Order number

Reason for the return

We will then provide you with the return details. For items of value being returned, we advise that you use a trackable mail or courier service as we cannot be responsible for lost items. When returning smaller items, please request a free proof of postage certificate from the post office.
