QuickBooks Integration

Jolie Fête uses a private internal integration between QuickBooks Online and its Notion workspace.

The integration helps authorised Jolie Fête personnel search supplier and product records, validate order information, prepare purchase-order previews and create approved purchase orders in QuickBooks Online.

The integration is not available to customers, suppliers or the general public.

Purchase orders are not created automatically. An authorised user must review and approve the supplier, products, quantities, prices, tax information and total before a purchase order is submitted to QuickBooks Online.

Connecting or reconnecting

Only authorised Jolie Fête personnel may connect or reconnect the integration.

If access needs to be established or restored, please contact hello@joliefete.co.uk.

Disconnecting

The integration can be disconnected by revoking its access from QuickBooks Online or disabling the associated Notion Worker.

Disconnecting prevents future access. It does not automatically delete purchase orders or accounting records already created in QuickBooks Online.
